Domaine William Fevre: Much sought-after by serious collectors. $16 - $90 a bottle.
Domaine Laroche: The Saint Martin Chablis is a very good value from the only Chablis maker using screw caps.
Domaine Christian Moreau Pere et Fils Village 2004: Wonderfully minerally and juicy. About $23.
Raveneau Le Clos 2002: At $400 a bottle, this is the one for a blowout splurge. The earth will move.
